Sebastian Begg

Sebastian is a second year medical student at Harvard Medical School and jazz trumpet player and DJ. He graduated with a degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from MIT in 2014, after which he joined Interscope Records in Los Angeles as a talent scout and artist manager. After returning to the sciences as a pancreatic cancer researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital, he completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at Goucher College in Baltimore. He has enjoyed volunteering with Musicians On Call as a musician guide since 2018, and he is very excited to be a part of Harvard's own bedside music program, hoping to continue to bring live music and engaging discussions to patients across Boston and beyond. In his free time, Sebastian enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, sailing, playing tennis, cooking, and visiting his niece and nephews in the Greater Boston Area.
